User Information Collection
Some of the Services require that you become a registered user and create a user account. This will require that you provide certain personally identifiable information, including (but not limited to) your full name, email address, phone number, location, gender status, marital status, date of birth, and other relevant details. If you are enrolling as part of our DoviLearn for Business program, your company’s name, contact person's name, email address, telephone, and address information may also be required.
You allow us to use this personally identifiable User Information to:
1. Register you to use the Services, enroll in Courses, and provide you with the Services.
2. Verify your authority to access the Site and Courses.
3. Notify you of updates and provide notices regarding the Services.
4. Improve the content and administration of the Site and Services.
5. Provide you with information about our Services or Courses that you may be interested in.
6. Provide Instructors with Course Information when you enroll in a Course. Instructors will use this Course Information to provide the Course to you.
Automated Data Collection and Analysis
DoviLearn may automatically collect and analyze User Information about your general usage of the Site, Services, and Courses. This may include tracking usage patterns, Site traffic volume, frequency of visits, type and time of transactions, browser type, language, IP address, operating system, and statistical information about how you use the Services and Courses. Such User Information is collected, tracked, and analyzed in an aggregate manner that does not personally identify you. Aggregate data may be used to operate the Site and Services and shared with third parties to enhance their understanding of the Services and improve Course offerings. Instructors may also collect non-personally identifiable Course Information in connection with your participation in Courses.
Children's Privacy and Parental Consent
We recognize the privacy interests of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 should not register for an account or purchase Courses. Individuals under 18 may use the Services only with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian.
Retention of Information
We retain User Information and personal data processed on behalf of Users for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet requirements of applicable laws.
Access, Correction, and Opt-Out
You may correct or delete your User Information by using the Services to make changes or by contacting our customer support at info@DoviLearn.com. For Course Information, you may need to contact Admin at info@DoviLearn.com. You can opt-out of receiving certain emails by using the unsubscribe procedure provided in the email.
DoviLearn employs procedural and technological measures to protect personally identifiable information. While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee protection from unauthorized access or use.
The Site, Services, and Courses may contain links to third-party websites not controlled by DoviLearn. Such links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. DoviLearn is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.
Sharing of Information
We share User Information as described in this policy, including sharing with service providers, Instructors (as Course Information), and employers under the DoviLearn for Corporate program. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We comply with GDPR regulations and process personal data in accordance with relevant laws. Personal data may be stored on internal or cloud-based servers, with measures in place to protect its security.
